Mr. Cohen is a Managing Director of Nautilus Capital, LLC. Prior to founding Nautilus Capital, he served for over three years as Vice President of Structured Finance at HomeGold, a national independent subprime mortgage company. Mr. Cohen's responsibilities included the management of all discount loan sales in the Secondary Marketing department. Mr. Cohen's additional duties included pipeline hedge management of loan originations to protect its net interest margin, as well as initiating, implementing and monitoring the company's hedging program to minimize the effects of adverse interest rate movements.

Prior to working at HomeGold, Mr. Cohen spent twenty years in the financial services industry. The last ten years of his Wall Street career (1987-1997) were served with Bear Stearns & Co., Inc., where he was a Vice President of Institutional Sales in the Financial Futures department. Mr. Cohen received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Bucknell University.
