Mr. Minor is a Managing Director of Nautilus Capital, LLC. Prior to founding Nautilus Capital, he served for over three years as Executive Vice President, Structured Finance and Credit Policy, of HomeGold, Inc., a national independent subprime mortgage company. Before joining HomeGold, Mr. Minor served for over four years as Senior Vice President of Secondary Marketing for Altegra Credit Company, Pittsburgh, PA, also a national subprime mortgage lender. In 1991 Mr. Minor participated in one of the first public securitizations of subprime mortgage loans in the United States.

Mr. Minor has founded a subprime mortgage brokerage company; served at different times as Director of Mergers and Acquisitions, Vice President of Corporate Finance, and Assistant General Counsel for a Pittsburgh-based bank holding company; and was a partner in a law firm. He received his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and his M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh.
