Mr.
Ward joined Nautilus Capital in October 2005 as a Residential Loan Sale
Advisor. He focuses his efforts on lending institutions nationwide.
Jeff has extensive experience in nonconforming loan originations, banking, loss mitigation and default management. He got his start in loan originations in the nonprime arena, then moved into banking where he was a retail banking center manager. Jeff then served as Director of Loan Resolution with a national loan servicing and debt collection company.
Mr. Ward is a graduate
of The Citadel with a B.S. in Business Administration, and served eight
years as an officer in the U.S. Army Reserves.
